You must send in your event registration form with a check to be registered for an event.
If you must cancel, please do so asap by contacting Jo Helms (jdhelms@wbhsi.net) or send an email to cwgatucson@gmail.com
CWGA Cancellation Policy -
If after registering for an event, a member cancels for any reason, she must notify the Tournament Director(s) as soon as possible. Refunds may be made (no refunds of $5 or less) to members who must cancel for any reason according to this guideline:
· If a member cancels before seven days prior to an event, she will receive 100% of her registration fee;
· If a member cancels within seven days of an event & prior to 48 hours of an event, she will receive 75% of her registration fee;
· If a member cancels within 48 hours of an event, she forfeits her registration fee in full.
· There will be no transfers of funds to other events.
All forfeited fees will be added to the prize fund.
If customers can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.
